We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our client's team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting their HR department with various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as contracts, policies, and onboarding materials.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

Requirements:
