JDI Legal are currently working on a brand new opportunity for a City Centre L500 firm in the vibrant city of Newcastle.

This is a growth role for a motivated and passionate HR professional who is looking to play a key / lead role in a growing business in an HR capacity.

The role is currently fulfilled by an individual who covers a range of operational matters and they are looking to relinquish the HR duties to a new member of the team so this really is an opportunity for someone to make the role their own.

It will involve dealing with all HR issues, training, recruitment, onboarding, wages, pensions, dealing with grievances, disciplinary matters etc etc. Its a varied and exciting opportunity for an HR Manager to join this growing Legal 500 firm.

The person appointed will be the sole person in this area so the ability to hit the ground running is expected and those coming from a professional services environment would be encouraged to apply. The role will be full time and office based in their centrally based offices which is within easy reach of numerous transport links and car parking.
