Our ClientNigel Wright are delighted to be partnering with an Education Trust in their search for an HR Manager. The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced HR professional to join a team of HR Managers. This team is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operational HR activities across all Trust sites. Additionally, you will collaborate with the HR Director to review and enhance internal policies and procedures, ensuring the implementation of best practices.**Key Responsibilities:**- Provide HR advice and guidance across the Trust.- Ensure consistency in the application of all HR policies and procedures.- Deliver robust attendance management procedures across the Trust.- Support the TUPE process in the acquisition of new schools.- Assist in the recruitment and selection of staff as required.- Handle all discipline and grievance matters.- Develop and implement wellbeing programmes.- Form strong working relationships with relevant stakeholders.- Produce timely HR metrics to support future planning.Who we are looking forNo two days in a school are ever the same.
