HR Assistant (Fixed Term Contract - 6 Months)
Are you passionate about Human Resources and eager to make a positive impact? We are looking for a motivated individual to provide essential support to our clients HR team, ensuring a professional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Position Details:
- Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until October
- Contract Length: 6 months
- Working Pattern: Full Time (36 hours per week)
- Location: NE3 - parking available onsite and extremely accessible via Public Transport
- Salary: up to 30,000 depending on experience
What You'll Do:
As an HR Assistant, you will be at the heart of the HR operations, helping to shape our clients workplace culture. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Offering comprehensive first-line HR advice to employees on practises, policies, and procedures.
- Managing the full recruitment administration process using our e-recruitment system, from crafting job adverts to extending job offers.
- Attending external events to promote our organisation's brand.
- Overseeing occupational health administration and liaising with our OH provider to ensure smooth operations.
- Managing ad-hoc occupational health provisions like flu jabs and health checks.
- Maintaining HR information systems to assist in producing vital HR data and statistics.
- Ensuring employee personal records are managed in compliance with GDPR, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Supporting the HR Manager with the annual performance development review process.
- Providing administrative support to various HR projects and undertaking additional duties as required.
