We are seeking for an enthusiastic new talent to join the Human Resources team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project 'Human Resources'.
Overview:
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts by developing and implementing targeted strategies to attract top individuals. Establish and maintain strong relationships with the organisation, manage events to engage potential candidates, assess and select candidates, coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, and utilize insights to optimize recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internship and graduate recruitment programs.
- Build a robust talent pipeline and enhance the organization's presence.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Expert proficiency in Candidate Assessments is required.
- Recruiting Systems at an Expert level of proficiency is recommended.
- Recruitment Process Design, Regulatory Compliance, Branding, and Candidate Interviewing at Advanced or Expert proficiency levels are suggested.
