Are you looking to make an impact with a fast-growing global organization? We're seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join an ambitious and dynamic team.



As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you'll be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of supplier invoices, and maintaining excellent relationships with global vendors. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing international company, offering a great deal of exposure to diverse financial operations across multiple markets.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of purchase ledger functions, including invoice processing and reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records for suppliers and invoices.
  • Liaise with internal teams and global suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or queries.
  • Assist with month-end procedures and help prepare financial reports.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate supplier accounts, ensuring timely payments and good relationships.
  • Help streamline processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger Clerk
  • Experience with accounting software (knowledge of SAP, Xero, or similar systems is a plus).
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
