- Provide application support on the company's ERP solution, managing workload through IM&T service desk ticketing system
- Escalate and manage support requests to 3rd party vendors, documenting and building knowledge base to improve skillset of internal application support team
- Oversee change management and communication of custom developments, patch releases, new functionality and system upgrades
- Provide system admin training on supported systems when required
- Demo new features and functionality to the business
- Proficiency in system configuration, data integration and troubleshooting
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Experience managing systems
- Ability to accurately interpret users' requirements
- Able to present proposals to internal users and influence decision makers
- Awareness of SQL would be beneficial
