The Company.Nigel Wright is delighted to be supporting an large consumer products manufacturer on the appointment of a temporary Customer Service Operations Support Analyst to join their Customer Service Operations Department.The Opportunity.You will be joining the Customer Service Operations department. Where you will be a member of a multi skilled team with a high degree of initiative and problem solving. As a strong collaborator who can work effectively and enthusiastically both internally and externally (verbal and written communication). You will have a sound and general knowledge of working within systems and processes and ideally have experience using SAP,  Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and have excellent Microsoft Excel skills, as well as being analytical. You need to have a high degree of attention to detail and personal accuracy to ensure work is completed correctly first time and ideally you will have an an additional European language.What you need to succeed.This is an initial ongoing interim opportunity for a customer focused candidate who has excellent communication skills and attention to detail.  You will have excellent IT skills and have previous experience using MS Office packages to a high level and as well as ideally using SAP.  As well as fluent in English (written and verbal) you will ideally be fluent in another European language.
