We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Support Engineer to join a highly successful business working at the cuting edge of Technology. This role will give you the opportunity to develop your skills and play a critical role in a variety of exciting projects across many technologies. You will be expected to attend the office a few times per week for regular team collaboration time.We would like to discuss the role in detail with you rather than try and convey everything via this website but to give you an insight, here are some of the regular tasks you will be undertaking..

  • Communicating with customers regularly with regards to their incident/change request.
  • Diagnosing and resolving Client issues across various technologies
  • Working closely with colleagues and clients to fully understand best possible strategy to deliver the best possible solution
  • Assisting Technical Directors with pre-sales and Project Scoping

Ther ideal person will have a good technical background across most widely used technologies and been keen to constantly improve and develop existing and new skills.
