Role Overview
As a seasoned Subsea NOC Engineer, you'll monitor and maintain secure, resilient subsea connectivity, swiftly resolving any network issues to ensure uninterrupted service. This is a hands-on, onsite role where you'll support complex NOC operations, troubleshoot fibre optic networks, and work directly with critical subsea systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the health of subsea fibre optic networks, swiftly addressing any incidents
  • Conduct maintenance on subsea cables and infrastructure to support uptime and performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure seamless, high-capacity data flow
  • Collaborate with the NOC team to optimize network resilience and efficiency

Skills and Experience Needed

  • Strong background in subsea NOC operations with experience managing fibre optic infrastructure
  • Expertise in subsea connectivity tools and applications, including ServiceNow and SIENA
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes for efficient incident and change management
  • Proven experience troubleshooting in a fast-paced NOC environment

Shift Pattern

  • Rotating 12-hour shifts: 2 days, 2 nights, followed by 4 days off
