The client is looking for a Senior Platform and Infrastructure Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Candidates should have significant experience managing identity platform deployments, particularly in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory/Entra.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in authentication technologies and identity management is required, along with strong knowledge of Conditional Access and Identity Governance.
The role emphasizes building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders and requires extensive customer-facing experience in a support environment.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

The RoleMy client is seeking a Senior Platform and Infrastructure Specialist to join them on a 12month fixed term contract. This role will be a senior role driving forward support services around their identity platforms and account management, ensuring an outstanding service to the organisation, focused upon resolving a range of technical incidents and requests in the identity, user access, and account management area, and continually driving improvement of this service to their internal customers.Essential for the role

Have significant experience of managing sizeable identity platform deployments, in both Active Directory and Azure Active Directory/Entra, in a hybrid deployment.
Can demonstrate extensive experience of authentication technologies, and implementation and support of these, such as SAML and OAUTH.
Have strong working knowledge in broader Entra identity capabilities, such as Conditional Access and Identity Governance.
Have strong working knowledge of overall Active Directory authentication and architecture.
Have experience of related technologies to identity, such as Intune/MEM.
Have a proactive can-do attitude with a clear bias towards ownership and results, and will enjoy contributing towards an adaptive, fun and creative environment
Have experience of building trust and highly effective working relationships with a diverse range of technical and none technical stakeholders
Have extensive customer facing experience in a support environment

Are aware of key service management processes and metrics, and their purpose

Desirable for the role

Experience of working in a large retail environment
Experience of SCIM and/or other automation approaches to user provisioning
Strong knowledge of scripting tooling, such as Powershell, and/or IaC tooling, such as Terraform or Ansible
