Role OverviewIn this Tier 1 NOC Engineer position, you'll be responsible for handling tickets, projects, and day-to-day operations while working with the latest tech infrastructure. The role follows a rotating 12-hour shift pattern of 2 days, 2 nights, and 4 days off, providing a balanced work-life rhythm. You'll gain exposure to cutting-edge technology in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that offers both variety and progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage NOC support, handling tickets and responding to network-related incidents
  • Work on BAU activities, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system uptime
  • Collaborate on projects to enhance and maintain network stability
  • Monitor, support, and manage data solutions to provide seamless connectivity

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a NOC environment
  • Proficient in ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of Secure Information Exchange Network Application (SIENA)
  • ITIL certification or equivalent understanding
  • Familiarity with fibre optic technology

Shift Pattern

  • 12-hour shifts: 2 days, 2 nights, followed by 4 days off
