We are looking for a competent focussed Senior IT Engineer who can support business customers with IT issues and requirements.
Must have: Windows / Office 365 support experience, passion for technology and IT, (server experience a bonus), hardware & software support.

The Role:
- Diagnose, repair, install and maintain computer and other IT related equipment and services for internal business customers
- Speaking to business customers and their employees regarding IT requirements
- Organising appointment times
- Preparing reports and maintaining records as required
- Provide general support to customers
- Any other reasonable duties required by management
We need:
- Proven experience in an IT support role with Windows / Office 365 support experience
- Passionate about IT and Technology
- Hardware and software support experience, server experience advantageous
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques and operating systems
- Familiarity with MS Dynamics, Remedy, or similar ticketing systems
- Great communication, organisation and customer service skills.
