Our client is a highly successful manufacturer and service provider based in the North East. They are currently recruiting for a Business Administrator to join their site based in Newcastle.

This Business Administrator role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in a broad administration role supporting a wide range of business functions. The role will suit someone with high attention to detail and who thrives in a high volume environment.

This role can offer flexible hours depending on the needs and requirements of the successful applicant.

About the Business Administrator Role

As Business Administrator, you will undertake administrative duties to support departments within the business such as planning, purchasing and finance.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Collating customer documentation in line with specified requirements.

  • Submitting purchase orders and process invoices.

  • Assisting with maintaining accurate financial records and preparation of financial reports.

  • Completing general administrative duties including scanning documentation.

  • Assisting with visitors, including management of meeting agenda, timetables and provision of refreshment.

About You:

The successful Business Administrator will have experience in a similar role with the ability to complete high volume administrative duties including scanning, filing and maintaining files.

Other requirements include:

  • Ability to manage your own workload.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and maintain good relationships.

  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.

  • High level of computer literacy.
