Job Description: As an ECI Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of electrical, control, and instrumentation systems for subsea equipment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing electrical schematics and layouts for subsea systems.
- Selecting appropriate control and instrumentation components to meet project specifications.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of ECI systems.
- Conducting testing and validation of ECI systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Providing technical support during the installation and commissioning phases.
- Ensuring all designs adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Skills & Experience: To be successful in this ECI Engineer role, you should have:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing electrical, control, and instrumentation systems, preferably within the subsea or offshore industry.
- Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD or EPLAN.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to ECI systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
