Jackson Hogg are delighted to be working exclusively with a client based in Newcastle with the appointment of a IT Administrator.

This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join a well respected management consulting business with lots of progression opportunity.

You will be providing support to the Information Technology team who cover a wide range of projects across the business at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing procuring licenses, IT equipment and other necessary items
  • Collaboration with the finance team and the finance system, Workday, to manage purchases against the IT budget and issue POs
  • Track shipments and liaise with the third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery and use initiative in finding alternative solutions in the event of delays
  • Managing scheduling within the IT team and carrying out other administrative tasks
  • Assist in tracking and coordinating activities between the BA, Facilities and IT teams
