The RoleNigel Wright is partnering with a dynamic business in Newcastle City Centre seeking a motivated graduate to join their team as an IT Administrator.  The role will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of our tech infrastructure administration.Duties:
  • Managing and procuring licenses, IT equipment and other necessary items
  • Collaboration with the finance team and our finance system, Workday, to manage purchases against the IT budget and issue POs
  • Track shipments and liaise with our third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery and use initiative in finding alternate solutions in the event of delays
  • Managing scheduling within the IT team and carrying out other administrative tasks
  • Assist in tracking and coordinating activities between the BA, Facilities, Facilities, and IT teams

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and a range of stakeholders with the ability to influence and impact up to a senior level
  • Ability to deal with multiple competing priorities and be agile to changing business needs
  • Prior administrative experience within a corporate environment would be advantageous
  • Minimum academic requirements of 2:1 Bachelor’s degree from a Russell Group university with good A-level grades (or international equivalents)
