The Role
We are looking to recruit a System Support Analyst to join the Newcastle head office. This role reports to the Development Lead and will manage and provide second-line system support for our internal ERP system. As a system expert, you will assist Divisional Super Users in managing and resolving system issues, develop a strong working knowledge of the ERP system to support business needs, and diagnose and troubleshoot faults to determine root causes and provide solutions.

- Systems support and administration experience.
- Experience with SQL query tools and databases.
- Experience in business change projects.
Qualifications and Training:
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Good knowledge of SQL and other query tools.
- Advanced Excel skills (desirable).
- Additional IT qualifications (desirable).
- Power BI experience (desirable).
