  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, with a salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 depending on qualifications.

This role provides management system representative / internal audit support, with a priority focus on preparing for our client’s Headquarters for their ISO 9001 / 14001 Surveillance Audit under the scope of design, management of manufacture, inspection and distribution of products and accessories.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading as the Management System Representative to ensure the Group’s headquarters has an effective and robust Management System, that is in line with and complies with the requirements of ISO 9001/14001.
  • Updating policies and procedures required to meet the requirements of the ISO program, including new standards and areas where legislative compliance obligations need to be met.
  • Lead internal auditor and responsible for delivering/coordinating the annual schedule for HQ and monitoring to ensure ongoing suitability and effectiveness of the management systems in line with business’ ISO requirements.
  • Lead on risk reviews, gap analysis, improvement plans, to support both business and customer needs.
  • Lead on undertaking aspects and impact resilience reviews, and integrating environmental risks into policies, plans, registers and reporting.
  • Support on managing / keeping up to date a suite of dedicated software applications (Qpulse) to monitor and deliver legislative and systems compliance.
  • Support on providing QEHS inductions and training to raise employee appreciation and awareness, and to reduce risks.
  • Supporting the delivery of the Global ESG Strategy / Climate Action Pillar and associated governance, to ensure that our client has the relevant data analysis and reporting arrangements in place to reduce and validate its environmental impact.

The role will require someone with experience across the following areas:

  • In depth knowledge and experience of ISO 9001, 14001 and other ISO management systems.
  • Maintenance / support of certified business management systems for continued certification (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14011:2015).
  • Lead auditor and IMS internal audit programs.
  • Trained ISO auditor and experience in training other auditors.
  • Maintenance of the environmental aspect and impact registers
  • Maintenance of legal registers, aligned to evaluation of compliance.
  • Support on delivery of ESG / Environmental Sustainability agendas.
  • Gap analysis assessment and presentation of recommendations (to set HQ up for ongoing effective delivery of ISO standards / certification).
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with an ability to be effective in influencing others (internally and externally)
