Our TeamThe Business Banking Tribe is part of Core Banking and Payments Systems but is aligned to our Business Banking function, changing and running the technology systems that support our Business Banking customers and colleagues.We have already developed a market leading Onboarding journey using MS Dynamics and are looking to not only continue to enhance that proposition but have ambitions to improve our customer and colleague experiences by growing our Dynamics capability.

We are looking for a Dynamics Technology Consultant to join the Dynamics Chapter within our Business Banking Tribe. You will be working along side the Chapter Lead as well as in an Agile environment helping to deliver our key objectives and create brilliant digital experiences for customers and colleagues.

What you'll be doing• Acting as a key resource across multiple projects in understanding and implementing Power Platform solutions, ensuring robust and scalable architectureConducting code reviews and provide feedback to developers, ensuring alignment with best practices and high-quality code standards• Collaborating with the Chapter Lead to help define development standards and ensure they are followed across the tribe• Support Dynamics projects and other chapters within the bank, by advising on technical aspects, helping identify and resolve potential issues, and ensuring alignment with project and business goals• Leverage your expertise in C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform architecture to assist the team in implementing effective solutions

We need you to have• Experience in Power Platform architecture, able to design and review scalable and maintainable solutions• Proficiency in C# and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in Dynamics development• Familiarity with code review processes and best practices, able to mentor and guide developers and consultants within squads• An Agile mindset, with the ability to support a collaborative environment and contribute to the team's overall success• Strong understanding of the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate

It's a bonus if you have but not essential• Experience in financial services environment and working in a regulated environment. • Exposure to Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Automate etc.• Exposure to Azure components, including Service Bus, Azure Functions• Exposure to DevOps Pipelines for Automated Deployments• Relevant certifications or accreditations, such as for the Power Platform, C# or JavaScript• Experience or exposure to React, AlpineJS or other JavaScript framework
