We are looking for aSenior Helpdesk Engineer (Level 2)to provide high-quality remote IT support to businesses across the UK. Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, administering Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, and managing escalated faults. You will also play a key role in IT project planning, virtualisation deployment, and mentoring junior engineers.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualisation, networking, and VOIP solutions, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. You will ensure service requests are handled efficiently, meeting SLAs while delivering excellent customer support.
