The Opportunity: This is an excellent Contract opportunity to join a local authority within the northeast. In this role, you will provide training to all users of a brand new system which is due to be delivered soon.

You will be working closely with a number of teams across the authority to ensure the success of the implementation. The position will allow you to make a significant impact on the organisation's success.

The Role: As the IT Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, with a primary focus on enhancing employee's technical skills and knowledge. In this role, you will play a key part in designing training materials, conducting workshops and evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions. You will ensure that all employees are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles and the effective use of the brand-new bespoke system.

  • Impactful Work: Lead the design and implementation of robust training programs for the new system.
  • Influencing the organisation: Engage with senior management, influencing key decisions and driving change within the authority.

Who You Will Be: You will be an experienced IT professional and will possess a strong technical background, whilst being well-versed in various IT systems and software. Your leadership skills will allow you to guide teams effectively and you excel at communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You are proactive, detail-oriented and passionate about enhancing employee's technical capabilities.
