£15 per hour

Temp to Perm

 Monday  -  Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30

Friday: 07:30 – 12:30

We are working with an expanding company based in Newcastle who are looking for a Despatch/ Material Team Leader to work in a busy warehouse.

The ideal candidate will be ensuring goods are assembled and packaged for despatch also take responsibility for stock and consumable control and management.

Role & Responsibilities

• Supervise a small assembly team to ensure the smooth running of the operation
• Issuing staff workloads to ensure that all tasks are completed as per department manager
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and inventory control.

 Skill & Experience

• Proven experience in a busy warehouse
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, experienced in updating warehouse data systems.
• requirements are consistently met.
• FLT licence
