Coating Specialist - New Product Development

My client, a global specialist materials manufacturer, is looking for a Coating Specialist to join their New Product Development team in Northumberland. This role involves developing and optimising various polymer materials, contributing to new product innovations, and supporting production and quality improvements.

To be considered for this position you will be degree educated in Chemistry or a related field. You will also have several years' experience formulating and developing coating materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine coating formulations and surface technologies.
  • Support new product development and process optimisation.
  • Conduct testing and analysis to enhance product performance.
  • Provide technical support to production teams and customers.
