  • Proven success in handling sensitive, complex customer situations with care
  • A calm, professional approach, especially when dealing with emotional or high-pressure scenarios
  • Flexibility to work within an 8-week rotational shift pattern, covering Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM

What You'll Do:
