We are looking for an experienced Claims Handler to join our team in Newcastle. This is a crucial role where you will be the first point of contact for customers making insurance claims—often during stressful situations, including cases of loss of life. Your ability to show empathy, build rapport, and handle sensitive conversations will be essential.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a contact centre, financial services, or supervisory role in retail/hospitalityStrong customer service background with the ability to handle complex conversationsAbility to stay calm under pressure and manage challenging situations with professionalismFlexibility to work within an 8-week rotational shift pattern, covering Monday to Sunday, 8 AM - 8 PM

What You’ll Do:
