Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collecting debt via phone and email
Ensure payments are received on time
Dealing with complex invoice queries
Managing delayed or missing PO's from customers which have stopped collection of monies owed
Liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues
Email box to keep within 5 days to comply with KPI's
Prepare statements, client status reports and all relevant information as required
Maintain close relationships with clients
Monday to Friday

Profile

Successful candidate will possess:

Worked in a similar environment before
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Work to timed deadlines
Sage experience would be desirable
