Requirements for applicants:
- City & Guilds qualification in Legionella Risk Assessment
- Good working knowledge of ACoP L8, HSG274 and BS:8580
- Experience of risk assessing complex water systems, not just simple domestic water systems and the writing of related technical reports
- Experience of drafting schematics of water systems
- Proficiency in basic IT applications including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication
- Full UK Driving License
Duties and responsibilities:
- Carrying out Legionella risk assessments within domestic, industrial, commercial and healthcare buildings across the operational area
- Producing technical reports detailing the findings of those risk assessments, including advice and guidance, in a timely manner to our administration team
- Drafting detailed schematics that clearly represent the water systems being assessed
- Assist with the delivery of related water hygiene services as reasonably required
