BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Banking/Payroll Administrator to join our client who are an award-winning group of financial services and technology companies based in Newburn, Newcastle Upon Tyne.

  • Salary remuneration of £30,295 inclusive of a bonus.

  • Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (1hr Lunch)

Your Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Investigate and match incoming payments to client accounts.
  • Liaise with clients and financial advisers via email and our secure messaging service.
  • Processing physical cheques.
  • Direct debit management.
  • Facilitate the investment of allocated funds to True Potential’s in house investment platform.
  • Bank account reconciliation.
  • Claiming and reconciling tax relief received from HMRC.

You will need:

  • A sound knowledge of Excel.
  • A person who is analytical and detail orientated.
  • A solid grasp of business administrative systems.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong communicative skills.
