Central Employment are working in partnership with a scaling North East based software solutions provider, as they enter a period of growth, identifying a new and pivotal role for Technical Writer. FT onsite role, Newcastle based Up to £40k DOE + benefits Technical Writer profile:
- Write clear, user friendly guides, aids for bespoke IP software solutions
- Update, maintain, and continuously improve existing training documents and create new training documents both internally and end users (clients)
- Participate in documentation planning with both the Web Development and Production teams
- Communicate software problems and issues to support teams
- Write and document clear and user friendly content, that could be utilised for marketing and communication purposes
Experience required:
- 2+ years’ experience of software technical writing experience, creating user-friendly, articulate, well-organized, consistent content from scratch, with a keen eye for detail.
- Interest in the tech sector and web development sectors
- Strong ability to communicate, verbally and in writing
- First class presentation skills
