This is an excellent opportunity to join an established architectural practice who provide expert design services through the entire lifecycle of projects within he residential sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team based in Newcastle and hit the ground running on numerous projects that vary in size and complexity.

To be successful in securing the role of Architectural Technologist, you will need good experience within a relevant role for a UK based architectural practice following an architectural technology degree completion. You will need to be able to develop and maintain new and old client relationships whilst being able to demonstrate your skills with AutoCAD and Revit.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • Relevant degree or qualification within Architectural Technology
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience post qualification experience within the UK
  • CIAT registered
  • Proficient with AutoCAD software
  • Good experience working on residential projects across all RIBA stages
  • Strong client management experience and delivery of large-scale projects
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of planning and building regulations
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Ability to contribute to and maintain a robust pipeline for the client
  • Live within the Newcastle area
