This RIBA-chartered practice boasts a varied portfolio, covering Conservation, Education, Residential and Commercial projects. The ideal Architectural Technologist will bring a strong level of post-qualification experience, demonstrating both technical expertise and creative flair. You'll have a meticulous eye for detail and a proven ability to develop technical drawings to a high standard. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must for this role.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
Sufficient experience working in a professional practice post-qualification
Advanced technical drafting skills
Confident communication and documentation abilities
Strong understanding of current UK building regulations
Capable of managing workload efficiently and meeting deadlines
Self-motivated with a proactive and enthusiastic work ethic
Eagerness to grow and refine your professional skills
Must be within commuting distance of Newcastle
AutoCAD proficiency is essential
