My excellent client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy and expanding Commercial Property team in Newcastle. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases for both businesses and individuals. The position is permanent and full-time, requiring flexibility and mobility between offices.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Handle a comprehensive caseload of commercial property matters, providing high-quality legal services to a diverse client base.
  • Engage in all aspects of commercial property law, including sales, purchases, leases, and financing.
  • Work autonomously while also collaborating with the wider team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Utilise IT systems effectively to manage cases efficiently and communicate with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and advice.
  • Participate in networking and business development activities to enhance the firm’s presence and reputation in the market.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A solid foundation in all aspects of commercial property law. 
  • Highly motivated with the ability to manage a full caseload independently.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Flexibility regarding office location and the ability to travel between offices as needed.
