- Independently managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
- Conducting title reviews, examining contracts, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
- Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
- Drafting and reviewing necessary documents, handling enquiries, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
- Providing exceptional client service and clear communication throughout each transaction
- Ideally, a qualified solicitor with NQ to 3 years’ PQE, although we encourage interested applicants outside of this range to apply including unqualified individuals with a minimum of 3 years’ fee-earning experience in conveyancing
- Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process, including SDLT, Land Registry requirements, and lender protocols
- Excellent client care skills and the ability to manage transactions efficiently and effectively
- Proficiency in case management systems is advantageous
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
