An award-winning, Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to lead a small team within their busy residential conveyancing department. This fee-earning role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of team leadership and a passion for property law.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Oversee the progression of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of two, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other professionals to ensure smooth property transactions.
  • Conduct legal research and draft various conveyancing documents.
  • Monitor and manage the team’s caseloads, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Provide exceptional client care, maintaining the firm’s outstanding reputation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience leading a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
