We are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Senior Associate to join our established Newcastle based client. This senior role is ideal for an experienced Solicitor with ideally a minimum of 10 years’ PQE and a background in general litigation. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the growth and development of the Dispute Resolution department.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Handle a variety of cases in areas such as property litigation, commercial litigation, insolvency litigation, and intellectual property litigation.• Work on commercial contract disputes, shareholder disputes, property litigation, contentious probate, specialist tax dispute advice, and intellectual property disputes.• Build and maintain strong client relationships.• Contribute to business development and the generation of new work.• Supervise and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 10 years’ PQE in litigation.• Excellent technical knowledge in dispute resolution.• Strong client relationship-building skills.• Proven business development skills and commercial awareness.• A track record of generating work and contributing to the growth of a department.
