Our client, a well known North East law firm, are looking to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor with upwards of 3 years' PQE into their central Newcastle office. The role would suit a Family Solicitor who can demonstrate 3-5 years' experience dealing with a mix of public and private family law matters relating to divorce, separation, finances and children law.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handling your own caseload of both public and private family law matters relating to divorce, separation, finances and childcare.
  • Attending to clients in person and representing the same in court.
  • Handling each case with the utmost level of care, providing an expert level of advice throughout the life of the file.
  • Drafting legal documentation, correspondence and liaising with third parties.
  • Preparing cases for trial and dealing with the outcome of the same.
