We are seeking a qualified and experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join our Newcastle based client. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload, supervise junior fee-earners, and play a significant role in business development for the team.

Day-to-day of the role:• Provide accurate and commercial property law advice to clients on a range of matters including sales, purchases, leasing, refinancing of business premises, commercial developments, and unit sales.• Advise on pre-emption, option and promotion agreements, s106 Agreements, commercial licences, and easements.• Manage matters from initial client contact through to completion.• Generate new business for the firm and build strong client relationships.• Network within the business community to develop a high profile for commercial work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:• Current commercial property solicitor with a desire for career development.• Self-starter with a passion for business development.• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
