JDI Legal are currently working with a buoyant residential conveyancing team of a City Centre L500 firm who are looking to add to their property team.

The team is led by a brilliant lawyer who is a fantastic manager and has a over 25 years experience of working in dedicated property departments.

The role is open to a range of experience and qualification including Paralegals , Solicitor Apprentices, Licensed Conveyancers and NQs with the priority being experience of working as a fee earner and being able to run your own transactions including Sales and Purchases both freehold and leasehold, remortgage, Buy to Let etc. Candidates MUST be familiar with working to a deadline, time recording and delivering a high rate of client care. The firm have modern systems and practices and a brilliant case mangement system.

The role is full time and working hours of 9-5pm from beautiful offices in the city centre of Newcastle which offers a fantastic work culture.
