Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner/Head of Department
Ark Search are excited to be working on a really exciting opportunity with a long standing, highly regarded high street practice in Tyneside who are looking for Conveyancers to join their busy department. There is an opportunity to Head up the Department for the right candidate.
Duties will include:
- Managing own caseload of residential conveyancing files
- Dealing with sales, purchases, freeholds, leaseholds, re-mortgages, newbuilds and transfers of equity
- Handling own title checks
- Responsible for supervising junior members of staff
There is secretarial and assistant support within the department. This firm really pride themselves on client care and providing a great service, they do not operate on a volume case basis.
Applications will be considered from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and candidates qualified by experience. They are open to PQE level but experience in dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing matters is essential.
Salary: £45 - £55k (DOE)
