- Drafting and negotiating land acquisition deals, strategic option agreements, and promotion agreements, along with ancillary documentation such as transfers, overage deeds, and funding agreements.
- Advising on brownfield regeneration schemes, including joint ventures with Registered Providers (RPs) and public sector bodies.
- Supporting clients in large-scale disposals of affordable housing to RPs and bulk sales of units to PRS and BTR providers.
- Supervising junior solicitors (0-3 PQE) and a Trainee Solicitor, fostering a collaborative environment within a specialist residential development team.
- Participating in client training and business development events to build and strengthen client relationships.
