The role involves working with both public and private sector clients — from SMEs to multinational organisations — on a full range of commercial arrangements.The RoleThe position involves high-quality, varied commercial work including:
  • Drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts including terms and conditions, supply and service agreements, software and IP licences, confidentiality agreements, franchising and agency agreements, and consultancy contracts.
  • Advising on operational contracts and strategic partnerships, including joint ventures and collaborative arrangements.
  • Supporting suppliers and contracting authorities on public procurement matters.
  • Advising on high-value, complex, and multiparty contracts such as PPP, BSF, and PFI projects.
  • Providing commercially focused legal advice on data protection, grant agreements, and regulatory compliance.
