The firm prides itself on its progressive approach to legal services and its commitment to delivering exceptional client care. They are currently seeking a skilled Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy and dynamic Residential Property Department. In this role, you will manage a varied caseload, providing high-quality legal services to clients in areas such as freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and more. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver excellent service while working towards a long-term goal of progressing to a team leader position.Requirements for the RoleTo be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years of experience in residential conveyancing. You should be highly competent in handling a busy caseload with minimal supervision, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and associated law, including new builds, shared ownership, HTB mortgages, and ISAs. Additionally, you must have a strong understanding of AML requirements, excellent communication and client care skills, and be proficient in the use of MS Office and case management systems.
