- Leading the growth function, with responsibility for executing the growth strategy and expanding the customer base (one direct report, plus matrix responsibility as part of the management team).
- Networking with and engaging with prospects to create opportunities to grow the customer base across the UK. Significant involvement in conferences and events, which will create relationship building opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining key stakeholder maps for each of the UK health and care systems, with specific focus on executive level individuals.
- Significant internal and external stakeholder management, including timely provision of management information, market information and pipeline.
- Working on a hybrid basis (1 day per week in the North East based HQ).
- UK wide travel as required.
- Comfortable working autonomously and able to use own initiative, requesting occasional, rather than regular guidance.
- Strong ability to network and build relationships, as well as the skills to map out and target key prospect organisations and decision makers / influencers.
- A track record of driving organisational growth.
- Experience of engaging with senior stakeholders / clinicians in the NHS and integrated care systems, would be advantageous (although not essential).
- Able to commute one day per week to the North East HQ.
- Comfortable with UK wide travel as required.
