The Opportunity:Nigel Wright Group is delighted to have been retained to lead this Growth Manager search for a fast growing organisation, supplying services into the healthcare sector.  The Company is part of a larger international group and is looking to drive significant growth in the UK market in the coming years, where there is a substantial market opportunity.Role Profile:
  • Leading the growth function, with responsibility for executing the growth strategy and expanding the customer base (one direct report, plus matrix responsibility as part of the management team).
  • Networking with and engaging with prospects to create opportunities to grow the customer base across the UK.  Significant involvement in conferences and events, which will create relationship building opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining key stakeholder maps for each of the UK health and care systems, with specific focus on executive level individuals.
  • Significant internal and external stakeholder management, including timely provision of management information, market information and pipeline.
  • Working on a hybrid basis (1 day per week in the North East based HQ).
  • UK wide travel as required.
Person Specification:
  • Comfortable working autonomously and able to use own initiative, requesting occasional, rather than regular guidance.
  • Strong ability to network and build relationships, as well as the skills to map out and target key prospect organisations and decision makers / influencers.
  • A track record of driving organisational growth.
  • Experience of engaging with senior stakeholders / clinicians in the NHS and integrated care systems, would be advantageous (although not essential).
  • Able to commute one day per week to the North East HQ.
  • Comfortable with UK wide travel as required.
