An experienced Administrator is required to join a leading UK law firm to work within the firms Insolvency department. You will be required to have previous administration experience from either a legal or professional services background.

The role is full time office based.

Duties include

  • File and case management administration including file opening, closures, and archiving
  • Scanning and uploading new instructions
  • Processing of proxies, post receipt and delivery and proofs
  • Administering payments
  • Accounts and invoicing administration
  • Arranging meetings and client events
  • Regular telephone and email contact with external clients
  • Scanning and copying bundles and key court documents
  • Obtaining client ID and assisting in the preparation of Letters of Engagement
