A Legal Secretary in Newcastle is required for our client, a Top 100 Law Firm. This is a varied secretarial role in the Real Estate department team. As a Legal Secretary, your duties will include:

  • Managing Fee Earner diaries
  • Preparing legal documents
  • Preparing, submitting and downloading property searches
  • Organising room bookings, accommodation and travel tickets
  • Conducting general administration

Previous experience within Real Estate is preferred but not essential.
