Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to solicitors across litigation and / or conveyancing
- Preparing and managing legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, courts, and other legal professionals
- Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Handling telephone calls and email inquiries
- Maintaining and updating client files and databases
- Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and court bundles
- Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and regulations
- Audio dictation and typing
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a legal secretary in any legal area
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and friendly demeanour
