Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to solicitors across litigation and / or conveyancing
  • Preparing and managing legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, courts, and other legal professionals
  • Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
  • Handling telephone calls and email inquiries
  • Maintaining and updating client files and databases
  • Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and court bundles
  • Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and regulations
  • Audio dictation and typing

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a legal secretary in any legal area
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
