Legal Secretary (Litigation/Employment)- Newcastle - Permanent (Full -Time)

Are you a proactive and organised secretarial professional looking to make a difference in the legal world? My client a forward-thinking law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their legal team on a permanent basis, based in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Your Role:As a Legal Secretary specialising in Litigation and Employment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to solicitors.
  • Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence.
  • Managing case files and maintaining accurate records.
  • Scheduling meetings and liaising with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
