This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with national housebuilders on multiple developments and assist senior solicitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting senior solicitors in handling residential plot sales across various developments
- Managing administrative tasks related to property transactions and liaising with clients
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualifications: This role is suitable for a Paralegal or Law Graduate
- Experience: While previous experience in plot sales and residential conveyancing would be an advantage, it is not essential as full training will be provided
- Skills: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
