Job Summary :My client is looking for an experienced paralegal who is able to deal with the following types of work, to join them in their Newcastle office:

  • Volume transactions including auction sales, staircasing, sales of small parcels of land and garages/car parking spaces, affordable disposals including RTA, PRTB, leasehold scheme for the elderly, purchases of individual street properties and the like
  • Plot completions (where the matter has exchanged but there will be transfers of individual plots when they reach completion)
  • Post-completion including SDLT and registration
  • Generally assisting on development/acquisition matters including review of searches and title
  • Deeds of easement and covenant

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring that all documentation is accurate.

Experience :- Excellent IT skills - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) essential.- Strong organisational skills, able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Previous experience as a paralegal in a similar role is essential, specifically social housing or acquisitions work as detailed above is essential.
